Role Overview
As an Incident Management Centre Service Agent, you’ll be a key part of our team, providing comprehensive Transport Support Services for commercial vehicles industry clients across Australia. This is a dynamic role focused on assisting clients in critical situations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Incident Management Centre Service Agent role communicates clearly, remains calm in critical situations, and naturally resolves issues efficiently. With a strong focus on customer care, you are dedicated to supporting clients in the commercial vehicle industry. While experience with heavy vehicles is a bonus, it’s your positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn that make them a great fit for our team. Shift work is required, but we provide comprehensive training to ensure success.
Note: Previous call centre experience is not necessary—bring the right attitude, and we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
Role Overview
As an Emergency Response Coordinator (ERC) with ISS First Response, you’ll play a critical role in managing incident response for clients in the transport and logistics sectors. This role is not a medical responder position but focuses on protecting people, property and the environment at incident scenes. Supported by our 24/7 Call Centre and Head Office resources, you’ll ensure incidents are handled swiftly, safely, and professionally.
Ideal Candidate
This position suits those with experience in Transport Incident Response, such as former police or fire service personnel, or individuals with a background in transport or towing. Applicants must be:
- Flexible, with a “can-do” attitude and a disciplined, professional approach
- Physically fit, with the ability to manage equipment and navigate incident sites safely
- Equipped with a reliable vehicle and capable of working on-call
Note: This is a casual, on-call role that requires flexibility and a commitment to professional, inclusive teamwork.
